This Costume Design project is now officially ridiculous. TWENTY FOUR RENDERS WITH SWATCHES ARE DUE BY TUESDAY. HOLY CRAP. I'll be able to pull it off, but geez, I'm not a machine. (Not yet anyway. If I end up becoming a machine, someone make sure I end up like a Borg or something really badass.)
I've developed a twitch/muscle spasm: the top eyelid of my left eye will flutter every 15-20 minutes, and it annoys the crap outta me. I can feel it, but when I go to a mirror or ask someone to look, we see nothing. Maybe it's from exhaustion, or maybe I knocked something loose when I fell on my ass really hard on Saturday. :P
I'll have to post pictures of the Cadbury cake tomorrow. Last week, I indulged in an experiment of delicious proportions. Devil's Food cake + pieces of Cadbury eggs + drizzled in more chocolate = AWESOME.
I will take a much-needed (and I think deserved) nap later today. Next week, I'm finishing up school stuff and coloring AM-A prints (listed below)
Pencilled/Being inked
-Count of Monte Cristo from Gankutsuo
-Earthbound
-Jin, Mugen, and Fuu from Samurai Champloo
-"Nitu-Nitu" special comic preview
-maybe a poster? (suprise)
I may even do a Gankutsuo parody; Marion suggested Sesame Street... ...Count Von Count as the Count, Bert and Ernie as Franz and Albert. ...I'm SO gonna get lynched.
Oh, and extra special moment yesterday: after I saw Oedipus Rex with John and had a snack with him and my sis, I took the bus home. I was one of two passengers, and the other passenger got off at Festival. Then THIS song came on - "You Can't Always Get What You Want" by the Rolling Stones. I started singing to myself, but the busdriver must've heard me, because she joined in. We sang all the way back to my apartment, and the song ended when I stepped off the bus (I could hear the radio commerical that came on, since the volume was so loud). So cool!
